We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns work.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused, with tags still attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us at riderofatlas@icloud.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Restocking Fee All returns are subject to an 8% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, we'll cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee in these cases.
Exchanges We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the restocking fee. If 15 business days have passed with no refund, contact us at riderofatlas@icloud.com.
EU Customers If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
